Shipping

Our shipping prices are based on the dimensions of item,  and available services to the destination. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays. 

All products have a displayed ETA on their respective description pages.  As many of our offerings import from US distribution, the ETAs will refer to " TYPICALLY SHIPS BY -e.g"

ALL Canadian purchases ship from the Canadian distribution location in EDMONTON.  Tracking is posted for each order at the time of pickup.
